About the role
The Executive Administrative Assistant will support the leadership team at Sand Valley, providing administrative support, coordinating events, and managing day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage calendars and schedule meetings for senior executives
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for executives
- Prepare and distribute reports and presentations
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and emails
- Arrange and manage conference calls and video conferences
- Support event planning and logistics
- Handle general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Qualifications
- Experience with event planning and coordination
- Knowledge of hospitality and travel industry practices
- Experience with project management tools
Skills
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook and Excel
