About the role
The Executive Administrative Assistant supports the Executive Team by providing administrative and organizational support. The role fosters a positive, efficient, and collaborative office environment aligned with GreenState's culture and values.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Adheres to GreenState's core values and Service Standards.
- Demonstrates a positive member service focus.
- Works collaboratively with coworkers.
- Ensures confidentiality of member information.
- Fosters a diverse and inclusive work environment.
- Represents GreenState professionally.
- Serves as the point of contact for the Executive Team.
- Manages multiple or complex calendars.
- Schedules travel accommodations.
- Aids in the drafting, editing, formatting, filing, and mailing of documents.
- Attends meetings and takes minutes or notes.
- Maintains organized, secure filing systems.
- Organizes and prioritizes incoming requests.
- Assists with special projects.
- Prepares for various GreenState meetings, luncheons, and dinners.
- Maintains inventory of office supplies.
- Anticipates executive needs proactively.
Job Requirements/Expectations
- A two-year college degree in management support is preferred.
- Minimum two years of related experience supporting executive level management.
- Strict adherence to GreenState Credit Union policies, procedures, and operations.
- Punctual attendance and work all scheduled hours, including overtime as necessary.
- Significant trust, courtesy, and tact.
- Confidentiality and handling of sensitive information.
- Interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of GreenState employees and community representatives.
- A positive attitude and professional image.
- Strong organization skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
- Ability to follow specific directions and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to take meticulous meeting notes, develop and maintain files, and protect confidential information.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, good driving record, and adequate automobile insurance.
- Able to travel regularly between GreenState and various community locations.
- Must be bondable.
Salary and Benefits
The salary range for this position is $69,280.38 - $80,996.76 with a progressive benefit package.
