What's the Job?

Manage complex and evolving calendars across multiple time zones for senior leadership, ensuring optimal scheduling and meeting preparation.

Cook up operational tasks, identify process gaps, and leverage productivity tools to enhance efficiency.

Support onboarding, offboarding, and equipment provisioning for new hires, working closely with Talent Acquisition and HR teams.

Handle expense documentation, purchase orders, reimbursements, and basic budget tracking with accuracy and compliance.

Plan and coordinate internal and external events, including international travel arrangements, visas, and detailed itineraries.

What's Needed?

  • 7+ years of experience in administrative support, business support, or customer service roles supporting executive teams.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Sociology, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets related to events, travel, and training with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, including clear writing, active listening, and high emotional intelligence.
