About the role
The Enterprise Account Executive will play a key role in driving adoption of the company's mission-critical software across large health systems and IDNs, working directly with C-suite stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify potential clients through targeted outreach and relationship-building
- Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies to drive adoption and revenue growth
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly
- Present the company’s solutions to senior executives and influence decision-making processes
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to close, including proposal development, negotiation, and contract management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure long-term client satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements
- 4+ years of enterprise tech sales experience, preferably in healthcare technology
- Proven track record of successful account management and closing deals
- Experience with selling complex, mission-critical software solutions
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Passion for using advanced AI and analytics to transform healthcare outcomes
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field
- Experience with CRM tools and sales methodologies
- Knowledge of healthcare industry trends and best practices
- Ability to travel up to 70% of the time
