About the role

The Enterprise Account Executive will play a key role in driving adoption of the company's mission-critical software across large health systems and IDNs, working directly with C-suite stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify potential clients through targeted outreach and relationship-building
  • Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies to drive adoption and revenue growth
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly
  • Present the company’s solutions to senior executives and influence decision-making processes
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to close, including proposal development, negotiation, and contract management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure long-term client satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements

  • 4+ years of enterprise tech sales experience, preferably in healthcare technology
  • Proven track record of successful account management and closing deals
  • Experience with selling complex, mission-critical software solutions
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Passion for using advanced AI and analytics to transform healthcare outcomes

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales methodologies
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry trends and best practices
  • Ability to travel up to 70% of the time
