for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule.
We must include sections only when posting has real specific content.
We have description: "Citi's Private Company Access team sits within Global Access Strategies Division within Client Group, connecting our institutional clients with private corporates, industry experts and theme related events, as part of our research advisory offering. The whole team works closely with Research, Equity Sales, Trading, and Banking. Our objective is to build a strategy of engagement with private companies and in so doing, delivering a seamless client experience giving Citi the best possible chance of being mandated on private capital raising opportunities, IPOs and M&A opportunities. We are focused on working with other areas of Citi such as liquidity solutions, wealth and ventures to bring the one Citi franchise together for the benefit of our clients. The team provides a comprehensive program of conferences, seminars and client events, either on enduring topics or through reacting rapidly to breaking news by marshalling key experts from Citi and tapping into external thought leaders. This role is critical to the effective delivery and execution of events that the team puts together to connect private companies and investors. The successful candidate will work closely with the broader team to understand best practice to effectively manage all elements of the events. The successful candidate will be crucial in giving both internal stakeholders and external clients a seamless experience. This requires close coordination with the corporate access team and the broader sales and banking teams. The role requires meticulous attention to detail in making judgments and recommendations. This position frequently addresses variable issues with potentially broader business impact, necessitating professional judgment in interpreting data and results. The role has a direct impact on client’s perception of Citi as a broader institution, so it is important the successful candidate is responsive and attentive to client requests."
That's about the role. So we can put that under About the role
with
. Responsibilities: list after "Responsibilities:" includes bullet points with numbering. We need to extract each bullet as
- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and
for prose. So we can have a
for the introductory sentence, then
- for the list items.
Qualifications: after "Qualifications:" we have bullet list:
1-5 years previous relevant experience
Proven ability to deal with most problems independently and demonstrated experience solving complex problems
Ability to integrate in-depth specialty area knowledge with a solid understanding of industry standards and practices
Exceptional organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey ideas in a comprehensive manner
Self-starter with an acumen to think and solve problems independently
Commitment to quality and client satisfaction
Education: Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
We need to treat these as list items. The "Education:" line could be separate but still a qualification. We'll include as
- .
Skills: There's a section "Most Relevant Skills Please see the requirements listed above." and "Other Relevant Skills For complementary skills, please see above and/or contact the recruiter." This is not specific content; it's basically referencing above. According to rules, we should not create a Skills section unless posting has real specific content. This is vague; we should omit Skills section.
Benefits: The posting mentions: "In addition to salary, Citi’s offerings may also include, for eligible employees, discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards. Citi offers competitive employee benefits, including: medical, dental & vision coverage; 401(k); life, accident, and disability insurance; and wellness programs. Citi also offers paid time off packages, including planned time off (vacation), unplanned time off (sick leave), and paid holidays. For additional information regarding Citi employee benefits, please visit citibenefits.com. Available offerings may vary by jurisdiction, job level, and date of hire."
That's specific content about benefits. So we should include Benefits section with
- items.
Pay: There's salary range: "Primary Location Full Time Salary Range: $86,330.00 - $120,470.00". That's specific pay info. So include Pay section with maybe a
stating the range. Schedule: There's "Time Type: Full time". That's schedule info. So include Schedule section with maybe
Full time. We must not include headings with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We must not repeat job title as heading. Not include Job ID etc. We must remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. The posting includes EEO statement at end: "Citi is an equal opportunity employer..." and also "Automated Processing and AI" etc. Those are boilerplate; we should remove them. Also "Most Relevant Skills" etc maybe considered boilerplate but we already omitted Skills section. Also "Other Relevant Skills". Also "Anticipated Posting Close Date: Sep 28, 2026" maybe not needed? It's metadata but not a heading; we could fold into a short
or drop. The instruction: "do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it." So we could include a short
for metadata like location, time type, posting close date. But we already have Location maybe in About the role? Not needed. Could add a
with "Location: New York, NY. Time Type: Full time. Posting close: Sep 28, 2026." But we already have Schedule section for full time; we could keep that. Location maybe not needed as heading; we could include in About the role paragraph? Might be okay to add a short
after About the role for location and posting close. However we must not invent content; we can include that as a short paragraph. But we must ensure we don't create sections with filler. We'll have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Possibly also a short metadata paragraph not under heading. Let's craft HTML. Structure:
About the role
... (the description paragraph)
Maybe also afor location and posting close: but we could incorporate into About the role? Might be okay to add a separate
after About the role:
Location: New York, NY. Time Type: Full time. Posting close: September 28, 2026.
