Lilly Value and Access is a purpose-driven organization dedicated to making life better for people around the world. Health Care Organizations (HCO’s) continue to grow in scale and scope of patient care. We are building our Lilly USA HCO marketing capability, and this customer is important for our Lilly Immunology and Gastroenterology (GI) portfolio, including Omvoh across UC and CD.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and evolve Omvoh HCO market understanding in partnership with HCP market research and LVA market research
  • Create clear HCO Strategy to deliver upon with HCO customers that strategically ladders up to brand strategic intent
  • Partner with Brand, LV&A, and HCO Leadership to build a differentiated value story and solutions for National and Regional GI accounts
  • Work with the US Payer team to ensure functionality of affordability solutions
  • Explore and assess Omnichannel opportunity with LVA HCO COE
  • Develop a robust HCO engagement strategy that incorporates multi-channel content and resources as well as customer facing activities involving HCO decision makers
  • Ensure all brand tactics are insight and data driven. Deliver against specific brand objectives aligned with Omvoh and overall Gastroenterology commercial strategy
  • Foster and manage productive external creative agency and internal cross-functional partner relationships
  • Oversee field facing meeting content (CSA National meeting cycles, BU meeting cycles). Deliver during Train the Trainer sessions and champion rollouts
  • Build robust brand and HCO AM measurement plan. Work with HCO Leadership, BI&A & GOSO incentive team to shape Immunology / GI HCO AM incentives
  • Own year on year refreshed HCO targeting in partnership with LVA operations, GOSO, and BI&A
  • Oversee the promotional resource/tactic development, review and approval pathways for relevant promotional and educational content
  • Build long-range plan for future FDAMA potential claims and tactics
  • Drive initiatives to reduce Time to First Infusion (TTFI) — facilitate cross-functional sessions to map the end-to-end patient journey across Medical and Pharmacy stakeholders and execute solutions within GI accounts
  • Lead GI Portfolio Launch Readiness — own HCO/OMG system readiness across IBD indications and new Lilly GI offerings
  • Optimize Specialty Pharmacy and Medically Integrated Pharmacy (MIP) systems to support GI and IBD account pull-through
  • Build Ambulatory Infusion Center (AIC) Referral Pathways — build protocol-based treatment strategies for National GI Accounts to accelerate Omvoh utilization across UC and CD
  • Manage OPEX and key budget tradeoff/allocation decisions, including quarterly signals and monthly budget management for HCO responsibilities, in partnership with US Finance and Immunology Strategy leader
  • Contribute to internal cross-functional planning processes, such as Strategic Plan, Customer Plan, Business Plan, Launch Readiness/Progress Reviews, resourcing buy-up requests, and senior leadership reviews
  • Integrate patient affordability solutions into broader strategy (copay program, EHR integration plans)
  • Collaborate with Medical Affairs and Health Outcomes to ensure strategic alignment with Medical Education plan, Outcome/RWE plans, and activities
  • Accountable for understanding, implementing, and adhering to company policies, processes, and external obligations, as applicable. Ensure team operates in compliance with the Red Book, Customer Information Quality (CIQ) procedures and tools, and all compliance procedures

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of Market Access, US Marketing, Global Marketing, Market Research, and/or commercial strategy experience

Requirements

  • Qualified applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis

  • Ability to apply all Compliance Policies and Procedures (CPP) and Good Promotional Practices (GPP) in unstructured and fluid situations
  • Understanding of laws and regulations covering providers and payers
