Scale your existing life insurance practice with proven support, flexibility and access to new customers under the Allstate brand.

Responsibilities

• Build your own life insurance practice with support from Allstate Agency owners.
• Create additional opportunities for growth in your local community.
• Share space with an Allstate agency owner and receive customer referral and leads through these partnerships, as well as additional online and other lead sources.

• Meet with customers face-to-face, supported by a team of licensed professionals who help deepen relationships and generate leads.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of life insurance customer-facing sales experience.
• State Life/Health Insurance Licenses.
• A strong mix of life protection sales experience.
• Prior experience as a Life Insurance Agent, Insurance Representative, or related sales professional preferred.
• Professional designations such as CLU and LUTCF preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) with emphasis on business preferred.
