About the role

Own a meaningful life insurance practice under the Allstate brand. Scale your existing life insurance practice with proven support, flexibility, and access to new customers.

Responsibilities

• Build your own life insurance practice with support from Allstate Agency owners.
• Drive new business in your local community and create additional opportunities for growth.
• Share space with an Allstate agency owner and receive customer referral and leads through these partnerships, as well as additional online and other lead sources.
• Meet with customers face-to-face, supported by a team of licensed professionals who help deepen relationships with customers and generate leads.
• Benefit from industry-leading technology to streamline your business and customer experience better than anyone else.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of life insurance customer-facing sales experience.
• State Life/Health Insurance Licenses.
• A strong mix of life protection sales experience.
• Prior experience as a Life Insurance Agent, Insurance Representative, or related sales professional preferred.
• Professional designations such as CLU and LUTCF preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) with emphasis on business preferred.
