Responsibilities
- Build your own life insurance practice with support from Allstate Agency owners.
- Create additional opportunities for growth in your local community.
- Share space with an Allstate agency owner and receive customer referral and leads.
- Generate leads through additional online and other lead sources.

Requirements
- At least 2 years of life insurance customer-facing sales experience.
- State Life/Health Insurance Licenses.
- A strong mix of life protection sales experience.
- Prior experience as a Life Insurance Agent, Insurance Representative, or related sales professional preferred.
- Professional designations such as CLU and LUTCF preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) with emphasis on business preferred.
