Position Overview

As a Direct Care Worker, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by assisting them with daily living activities, facilitating participation in planned activities, and promoting their independence.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and assist clients with daily activities and personal care
• Implement treatment plans as directed by the Group Home Manager
• Accurately document client behaviors and responses
• Administer medications in accordance with established protocols
• Provide safe transportation for clients to various activities
• Participate in household maintenance and upkeep as required

Requirements

• Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience in direct care or related fields preferred but not required
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Successful completion of a criminal background check and reference verification is mandatory
• Must be at least 21 years of age
