Excavator Operator (Seasonal)

Core Responsibilities

• Operate Heavy Equipment, large excavators: Safely maneuver on assigned haul roads.
• Load Large Off-Road Haul Trucks safely and efficiently.
• Machine Maintenance: Perform daily "walk-around" safety checks. This includes greasing parts, checking fluid levels, fueling, and connecting hydraulic hoses.
• Safety Protocols: Follow all safety rules to avoid hazards like other machinery, overhead hazards, and buildings, pole, fences, etc.

Job Requirements

• Education & Licensing: High school diploma or GED.
• Physical Strength: Ability to endure all weather conditions, constant bumps/jolts from the machinery, and demanding physical labor.
• Cordination: Excellent hand, eye, and foot coordination to operate multiple pedals, levers, and computerized controls at the same time.
