The Integrated Warfare Systems Group (IWSG), comprising more than 130 personnel, delivers expertise across program and project management, acquisition and contracting, systems and digital engineering, software development, test and evaluation, sustainment and life-cycle management, cybersecurity, international/Foreign Military Sales, strategic communications, and IT services. These capabilities support over 100 Above Water Sensor, Undersea, and Combat System programs within the Navy’s Portfolio Acquisition Executive for Mission Systems, Maritime and Munitions, as well as clients at Naval Surface Warfare Center locations and the Office of Naval Research.

Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter expertise for integration and testing (I&T) on Navy Electronic Warfare (EW) systems (SLQ-32 v6/v7).
• Assist in the development and implementation of procedures for product testing.
• Review and evaluate test results, and recommend production or design changes to ensure quality and performance standards in support of the Softkill Coordination Subsystem (SKCS) program.
• Work daily onsite at NSWC Dahlgren.
• Minimal travel expected.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of demonstrated experience with surface electronic warfare systems.
• Experience with Linux.
• Experience in Agile methodology.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance and the ability to maintain it throughout employment.

Qualifications (Desired)

• Demonstrated experience with threat systems, red adversary tactics and kill chains, blue force OPLANS, Fleet operations, specializing in Electronic Warfare and Information Operations.
• Demonstrated experience organizing and leading large meetings, workshops, or conferences.
• Demonstrated experience in systems development and/or creating/reviewing technical documentation, CONOPS, CONEMP, TTPs, Developmental and Operational T&E.

Pay

Salary range: USD $120,000.00/Yr. - USD $160,000.00/Yr.
