Operations System Analyst

This individual will perform integration and testing on Navy EW systems, develop and implement procedures for product testing, review and evaluate test results, and recommend production or design changes to ensure quality and performance standards.
Responsibilities
- Electronic Warfare system software testing of government owned systems that interface with multiple subsystems, EW systems, as well as AEGIS and SSDS combat systems
- Development, integration, and execution of test cases and test procedures for the prescribed systems
- Provide SME support in this role from a testing facet
Requirements
- Eight (8) years’ experience or equivalent in threat system analysis and/or operation of U.S. Navy Electronic Warfare systems
Preferred Skills And Experience
- Familiarity with threat systems, red adversary tactics and kill chains, blue force OPLANS, Fleet operations, specializing in Electronic Warfare and Information Operations
- Experience organizing, leading, and hosting large meetings, workshops, or conferences
- Demonstrated work experience with Electronic Maneuver Warfare Systems and operations, Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations, and generation of Electronic Warfare Gaps and Capabilities
- Knowledge of systems development and/or testing and creating/reviewing technical documentation, CONOPS, CONEMP, TTPs, SOPs, Developmental and Operational T&E

Compensation
The projected annual compensation range for this position is $90,000.00 - $130,000.00 (USD).
