About the role

The Environmental Services team at St. Peter's Health Partners ensures a clean, orderly, and safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff. This is a part-time, day-shift position ideal for an energetic candidate seeking growth and development opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean rooms by following all processes designated by training policies to ensure all areas, fixtures, and surfaces are cleaned daily or as assigned in a timely manner.
• Comply with infection control policies and procedures.
• Communicate any problems encountered during daily routines to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Housekeeping Supervisor or Director.
• Carry out general housekeeping functions, duties, and responsibilities.
• Lift, pull, and push up to 50 pounds; dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques (dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing).
• Ability to lift, pull, and push up to 50 pounds.

Pay

Pay range: $16.20 - $19.74 per hour, based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The range may vary by location.
