About the role

Heavy Duty EVS Medical Housekeeping position with Pinnacle Building Services, Inc., a diversified facilities service provider serving NJ, PA, and DE since 1987.

Schedule

• Friday – Sunday
• 7:00 am – 3:30 pm

Pay

$18 per hour

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, and/or vacuum all floors daily
• Follow all safety policies and procedures
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and securely store equipment and supplies
• Complete any reports or logs
• Report equipment malfunctions, injuries, and accidents to the supervisor
• Clean, detail, and refill supplies for all assigned areas of the facility as needed, including common areas and offices
• Collect trash and recyclables from trash rooms and transport and dispose into dumpsters
• Perform janitorial work to ensure cleanliness of all areas, such as removing litter from public areas and emptying trash
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Previous cleaning experience is highly preferred but not mandatory
• Required to move heavy equipment weighing up to 75 lbs. frequently
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Uniform shirts are provided and must be worn during work hours
• Ability to follow spoken and written instructions
• Ability to work without direct supervision
• Ability to sit, reach, stoop, bend, kneel, squat, stand for extended periods of time and lift heavy objects as needed
• Ascending/descending stairs and ladders regularly required
• Reliable, highly organized, attentive to detail, courteous, friendly, hardworking and professional
• Ability to multi-task work, perform well under pressure, and perform repetitive tasks
• Valid Driver’s License
• Must be able to read, write, and understand English

Pre-employment requirements

• Physical
• PPD (TB test)
• Blood draw to check for antibodies of Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Chickenpox, Hepatitis B
• Pre-employment medical training
• COVID vaccination required
