EVS Floor Technician

About the role

EVS Floor Technicians are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of hospital floors. This includes daily cleaning, disinfecting, and monitoring for hazards.

Responsibilities

• Daily cleaning and disinfecting of hospital floors
• Maintaining a safe and clean environment for patients and staff
• Monitoring for hazards such as spills and tripping hazards
• Adhering to infection control protocols
• Assisting in the setup and breakdown of patient rooms as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Knowledge of hospital cleaning procedures and safety protocols

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare or related field preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills

Skills

• Cleaning and disinfection techniques
• First aid and CPR certification (preferred)
• Basic computer skills
