Responsibilities

• Maintain clean and attractive public and employee areas within the facility
• Deep clean, sanitize, and maintain attractive front and back of house spaces
• In observation or safety requirements, perform services assigned areas using provided chemicals and equipment according to established procedures
• Operate and keep clean equipment used for sweeping, vacuuming, brushing, polishing, and more
• Sign in and out equipment, radios, and master keys as required
• Provide excellent customer service for internal and external guests
• Take responsibility for the cleanliness of public spaces
• Recognize and respond to spills or other calls requiring immediate attention
• Use wet floor signs to ensure guest and employee safety around wet areas, spills, or other cleaning
• Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and alcohol service by discreetly notifying appropriate managers of concerns and observations
• Ensure prompt and discreet notification to managers and/or the Ethics Hotline of any observation of illegal acts or internal ethics violations
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate effectively with guests in English, specific to position duties and responsibilities
• Must currently hold or be able to obtain a NJ Casino Employee Registration license through the NJ DGE

$22.55 per hour
