EVS Attendant - Part Time & Full Time

About the role
The EVS Attendant maintains cleanliness and order throughout the property by performing essential cleaning and sanitation duties.
Responsibilities
- Sweeps, scrubs, vacuums, sanitizes, and mops floors and surfaces across the facility, including hallways.
- Sanitizes restrooms, public, and non-public areas multiple times per shift.
- Cleans carpets, air vents, windows, glass surfaces, trash cans, ashtrays, and interior walls.
- Sweeps around chairs, tables, and gaming areas.
- Sanitizes all touch points, including chairs, handrails, doors, tables, and games.
- Collects and removes trash from interior and exterior public and non-public areas.
- Operates electric-powered cleaning equipment.
- Reports maintenance or deep-cleaning needs to management.
- May clean designated smoking sections.
- Performs other assigned duties as needed.
Requirements
- GED or high school diploma, or up to 1 month of related experience/training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Able to obtain a Kentucky Racing License.
Physical Requirements
The role involves frequent standing, walking, use of hands, reaching, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling. Must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Requires close, distance, color, and depth perception, as well as the ability to adjust focus.
Pay
$15.00 per hour.
