EVP, Strategy

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a EVP, Strategy to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This senior leadership role will shape strategic direction across marketing and communications initiatives, helping guide how the agency positions itself and delivers value to clients. The EVP, Strategy will partner closely with cross-functional teams to align insights, planning, and execution with business goals. This position is suited for a seasoned strategic thinker who can influence senior stakeholders and drive thoughtful, high-impact recommendations in a fast-paced agency environment.

Location

Chicago, IL - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation

$250,000 – $300,000 annually

Schedule

Employees must work in-office at least three days a week, with expectations to increase over time. Flexibility may exist depending on agency or manager directives.
