About the role
The EVM Finance Analyst IV is responsible for managing and analyzing Earned Value Management (EVM) systems to ensure project budgets and schedules are met. This role requires a deep understanding of financial analysis and project management.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain EVM models to track project progress and identify potential issues early.
- Analyze financial data to provide insights into project performance and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between financial goals and project objectives.
- Prepare and present reports to senior management on project status and financial health.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to EVM.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project finance or related field.
- Proven experience in EVM methodologies and tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Project.
Qualifications
- Experience with project management software such as Primavera P6.
- Knowledge of PMI (Project Management Institute) standards and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Skills
- Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, and pivot tables.
- Experience with financial modeling and forecasting.
- Understanding of budgeting and cost control techniques.
- Knowledge of Gantt charts and other project planning tools.

Pay
$75,000 - $90,000 annually.
Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
