About the role
The Clemson University College of Education seeks highly qualified candidates to fill part-time course instruction needs in the Department of Educational and Organizational Leadership Development (EOLD).
Responsibilities
- Teach one or more courses in the spring, summer, and/or fall terms.
- Courses may be offered in various modalities including in-person and asynchronous online.
- Teaching schedule varies according to departmental needs.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in a related field.
- Doctoral (or terminal degree) in a related field (required to teach in graduate-level programs).
- Expertise in content aligned with a departmental program area.
- A commitment to inclusive teaching, creating an inclusive learning and working environment, and working alongside persons with diverse backgrounds.
Qualifications
- Previous higher education teaching experience preferred.
- Experience teaching with modality in which course is offered preferred.
- Practical experience in an applied field aligned with a departmental program area preferred.
Skills
- Ability to teach in multiple modalities.
- Commitment to inclusive teaching practices.
