THE JOB
Account Trainee (Operations Assistant) (Events)
THE WORK YOU'LL DO
- Aid tournament staff in coordinating all vendor contracts for the event
- Ensure first-class presentation for the operation of the event
- Manage operational timeline that includes detailed set-up and tear-down schedules
- Collaborate with event staff to fulfill corporate partner contracts and support volunteer activities
- Contribute to the coordination and activation of key Tournament special events like Women's Day, Food Truck Friday, 5K at the SAS Championship, etc.
- Other related duties/projects as reasonably assigned

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- A passion for and expertise in sports, entertainment, gaming, music and/or celebrity & lifestyle culture
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- Polished communication skills, both written and oral
- Strong desire to work in a team setting
- Certain confidence in solving problems, demonstrating initiative, and presenting a proactive work ethic
- Advanced organizational, multi-tasking ability, and commitment to deadlines
- Mature business sense and ability to work alongside client on a daily basis
- Advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Internet
- Interest in sports and event management as a long-term career
- Valid US driver's license and clean driving record
- Flexibility and willingness to travel domestically and work weekends or holidays as needed
COMPENSATION
$16.94 - $17.95
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Anticipated travel: Low (0-15%)
