Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, mentor, and develop supervisors, team leads, and promotional marketers.
  • Recruit, hire, onboard, and retain top talent.
  • Create a high-performance culture built around accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct regular coaching sessions, quarterly check-ins, and performance reviews.
  • Develop strategies that grow our customer base through retail partnerships, community events, home shows, expos, and RSVP campaigns.
  • Analyze market trends, demographics, and performance data to identify new opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with event organizers, retail partners, vendors, and community organizations.
  • Secure premium booth locations and retail partnerships that maximize customer engagement and return on investment.
  • Ensure every customer interaction reflects the premium Renewal by Andersen experience.
  • Work closely with Sales and Operations to create a seamless customer journey.
  • Manage scheduling, payroll approvals, attendance, and departmental operations.
  • Maintain equipment, event displays, and professional brand standards.
  • Oversee event setup, logistics, scheduling, and execution across the market.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of leadership and people management experience
  • 3-5 years of successful sales or marketing experience
  • 5+ years of customer service experience
  • Experience leading multiple teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and organizational skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency
