Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, mentor, and develop supervisors, team leads, and promotional marketers.
- Recruit, hire, onboard, and retain top talent.
- Create a high-performance culture built around accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular coaching sessions, quarterly check-ins, and performance reviews.
- Develop strategies that grow our customer base through retail partnerships, community events, home shows, expos, and RSVP campaigns.
- Analyze market trends, demographics, and performance data to identify new opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with event organizers, retail partners, vendors, and community organizations.
- Secure premium booth locations and retail partnerships that maximize customer engagement and return on investment.
- Ensure every customer interaction reflects the premium Renewal by Andersen experience.
- Work closely with Sales and Operations to create a seamless customer journey.
- Manage scheduling, payroll approvals, attendance, and departmental operations.
- Maintain equipment, event displays, and professional brand standards.
- Oversee event setup, logistics, scheduling, and execution across the market.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of leadership and people management experience
- 3-5 years of successful sales or marketing experience
- 5+ years of customer service experience
- Experience leading multiple teams in a fast-paced environment
- Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
- Excellent communication, coaching, and organizational skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency
