Events & Promotions Associate

About The Position This is an entry-level, on-site position that supports live events and promotional campaigns designed to increase awareness and engagement. The role is designed for a people-oriented candidate who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and communicating directly with others. Your focus Assist with event and promotion setup and execution Interact directly with attendees and prospective customers Represent campaign messaging professionally Support team goals and post-event reporting People contact is part of the job. This is not a remote position. Team members work on site and should be comfortable with regular face-to-face interaction with customers, clients, attendees, community members, partners, and/or coworkers depending on the assignment. Background: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; professional and dependable; comfortable initiating conversations; organized and adaptable; able to work effectively as part of an on-site team.
