About the role
Ivo is rapidly expanding across global markets, and our events program is a major driver of that growth — attracting top Fortune 500 companies through our presence at national and international conferences. We're looking for an experienced, results-driven Events Marketing Manager to help scale our event strategy and execution.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end execution of select events, including trade shows, conferences, and partner activations
- Lead pre-event marketing campaigns, attendee engagement strategies, and brand promotion across digital and social channels
- Manage vendor relationships, budgets, shipping, booth design and setup, and on-site logistics
- Partner cross-functionally with marketing, design, sales, and customer success to deliver a cohesive and compelling brand experience
- Drive post-event follow-up workflows, pipeline reporting, and performance analysis to measure event ROI and inform future strategy
- Capture and produce content, photos, and insights from events to amplify Ivo's brand across channels
- Mentor and support junior team members, helping scale the events function as the program grows
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in events marketing, field marketing, or a related B2B marketing function — ideally in tech or SaaS
- Proven track record of independently managing the logistics and execution of trade shows, conferences, or large-scale customer events
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple events and competing deadlines without dropping detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable engaging with vendors, executives, and customers alike
- Data-driven mindset — comfortable measuring event impact and using insights to refine strategy
- Experience with marketing tools (e.g. HubSpot), CRM systems (Salesforce), and design tools (Canva, Figma) preferred
- Willingness to travel as needed

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
