Events Marketing Manager
About the role
As our Events Marketing Manager, you'll own ALIS's event strategy and execution from start to finish: industry conferences, customer events, executive dinners, field programs, and new experiences we haven't thought of yet. We're looking for someone who genuinely loves events, gets excited about bringing people together, sweats the details that turn a good event into a great one, and finds energy in the planning, problem‑solving, and occasional last‑minute curveball. You'll collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and Leadership, and build relationships with vendors and partners. Events are a critical part of how ALIS builds its brand, strengthens customer relationships, and drives pipeline. Success looks like events generating meaningful engagement, pipeline, and measurable business impact; customers, prospects, and partners leaving with a stronger connection to ALIS; internal stakeholders viewing events as a strategic growth channel and trusted part of the business; clear visibility into ROI that informs future investment decisions; and scalable event processes that maintain a high‑quality attendee experience. We want someone who takes pride in how ALIS shows up, notices details, brings ideas to the table, and thrives in an environment where no two events or days look exactly the same.
