About the Opportunity:The Events Manager, Internal Events leads the strategy, planning, and execution of major internal events, including the organization''s flagship annual global sales kickoff with thousands of participants. This role significantly influences employee alignment, engagement, and motivation across the sales organization and contributes to other key incentive and leadership events. It is designed for a strategic event leader who excels in managing complex, high-visibility programs and creating impactful attendee experiences. 3. Responsibilities:• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of the annual global sales kickoff event, including strategy, budgeting, logistics, production, vendor management, and onsite delivery.• Design engaging event experiences that promote alignment, energy, and business objectives.• Translate business goals into compelling event narratives and attendee journeys.• Manage agencies, vendors, and cross-functional teams to maintain schedules and budgets.• Collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders across various departments.• Oversee project governance, timelines, risk management, and decision-making across multiple workstreams.• Define event success metrics, assess outcomes, and recommend improvements.• Support incentive and leadership summit events as a workstream lead.• Continuously seek process improvements and innovative event formats, including leveraging AI tools. 4. Requirements:• Minimum 6 years of experience in event marketing, production, or management.• Proven experience leading large-scale internal events with audiences exceeding 1,000 attendees.• Strong skills in event strategy, production, logistics, content planning, communications, and experiential design.• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, agencies, vendors, and complex projects.• Excellent organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.• Effective collaboration and influence across organizational levels, including executives.• Strong communication skills to align teams and enforce accountability.• Proactive and adaptable problem-solving skills.• Experience using AI tools to enhance productivity and planning.• Willingness to travel up to 30% domestically and internationally. Bonus Skills• Experience in meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions (MICE) or incentive travel.• Familiarity with leadership summits, sales kickoffs, or company-wide events.• Proficiency with event management platforms such as Cvent or Swoogo.• Experience with Coupa and Microsoft Office applications.• Knowledge of enterprise AI platforms like Microsoft Copilot, Claude, and ChatGPT. 5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:• The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and other relevant factors. 6.
