Events Lead

Based in Cobb, Cherokee, Bartow, Fulton, Hall, and Dawson County. Part-time position.

About the role

We’re Nothing Bundt Cakes and we’re looking for a Sales & Event Lead to help us spread cake joy. If you're energetic, sales-minded, and love the idea of working events while serving up delicious Bundt cakes with serious passion, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

• Represent the brand at local events, markets, and pop-ups like a cake-selling superstar
• Set up and break down event set-ups, including tables, signage, tents, and cake displays
• Manage event logistics, track cake inventory, and maintain organization and communication
• Bring high energy and a sales-driven approach to every conversation—actively engage customers rather than waiting for them to approach
• Upsell products and drive sales at every opportunity
• Stand, walk, and move throughout events—be prepared to be on your feet
• Make customers fall in love with our cakes

Requirements

• Sales-savvy with actual experience (e.g., meeting quotas, retail sales, or working under a sales-bonus structure)
• Naturally outgoing, tenacious, and full of positive energy
• Driven and competitive—you like to win and don’t stop until you do
• Available to work weekends (when most events occur)
• Willing to travel between counties where our bakeries are located
• Reliable transportation (cake waits for no one)
• Comfortable lifting event supplies, setting up tents, and physical tasks

Pay

• $15/hour Monday–Friday
• $20/hour for all hours worked on Saturdays and Sundays
• $20/hour for all hours worked after 8:00 PM on any day
• Bonus potential for every event based on sales performance
• Mileage reimbursement: If assigned to a bakery more than 35 miles from your home, you’ll be reimbursed for all miles beyond the initial 35 miles
