Events/Food Truck Team Member

About the role

We’re looking for an Events/Food Truck Team Member to help us spread cake joy at local events, markets, and pop-ups. If you're energetic, sales-minded, and love serving up delicious Bundt cakes with passion, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

• Represent the brand at events, markets, and pop-ups as a cake-selling superstar.
• Set up and break down event equipment, including tables, signage, tents, and cake displays.
• Manage cake inventory during events, stay organized, and communicate effectively.
• Bring high energy and a sales-driven approach to every interaction to close deals.
• Help customers fall in love with our cakes through engagement and sampling.
• Contribute to social media efforts by capturing event photos, suggesting content ideas, and supporting local online engagement.

Requirements

• Sales-savvy with prior experience (retail or quota-driven roles preferred).
• Naturally outgoing, tenacious, and full of positive energy.
• Driven and competitive—you like to win and don’t stop until you do.
• Available to work weekends (when most events occur).
• Willing to travel between our Billings and Bozeman bakeries as needed.
• Reliable transportation (cake waits for no one!).
• Comfortable with physical tasks like lifting event supplies and setting up tents.
