About the role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Events Experience Manager to execute our growing lineup of seller-facing events, with a strong focus on external partnerships. You'll manage the entire lifecycle of events, from initial planning through execution and post-event analysis, exploring where we collaborate and participate to grow our brand.
Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end event management for both internal and external programs, including webinar and in-person formats
- Create and follow project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring all deliverables meet deadlines and program objectives
- Work with cross-functional teams to implement event messaging and content, aligning with broader marketing goals
- Manage vendor and partner relationships, including contract coordination, creative development, and day-of logistics
- Execute promotional activities to drive event registration and engagement across seller audiences
- Oversee production and delivery of event materials, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints
- Collect and report on event metrics, documenting processes and learnings to support program optimization
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience producing marketing promotional material for Owned & Operated channels
