About the role
The Events Coordinator provides logistical and tactical support to the Events and Corporate Communications team as well as adult programming (Squash, Racquetball, Pickleball, and UHoops). This role supports all adult sports programming within the club to ensure members enjoy a successful and robust program, aligning events with Life Time's Mission and Vision Statement while enhancing member retention through outstanding experiences.
Responsibilities
- Coordinates Life Time in-center event logistics by collaborating with internal teams and external vendors
- Delivers desired event results by providing documentation and reporting specific event measurables
- Provides project management support for club event marketing campaigns
- Engages with members and non-members to promote club events and adult programs
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 to 2 years of experience coordinating corporate or retail event programs
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office software
- CPR and AED Certified
- Ability to travel as required
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Communications or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Extensive knowledge of all club activities and promotions
- Excellent customer service and promotional skills
- Ability to build relationships with members
Pay
This is an hourly position with wages starting at $20.50 and up to $27.50, based on experience and qualifications.
