Responsibilities
- Manage event logistics including venue selection, scheduling, and coordination with vendors.
- Develop and execute promotional strategies to increase attendance and engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of events.
- Prepare and maintain detailed event records and reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of event coordination experience.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience with event planning software such as Event Espresso or Cvent.
- Knowledge of social media platforms for event promotion.
