- Excellent knife and other food preparation skills
- Experience cooking in a high-volume from scratch restaurant setting
- Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks
- Works well under pressure
- Motivated individual requiring little to no supervision
- Accepts direction and constructive criticism from management
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Team-player willing to perform other duties as needed
