About the role

Field Marketer (Events) position offering $17-20/hour plus bonus, with opportunity for advancement. This is a part-time role with expected hours of 20–30 per week.

Responsibilities

• Approach and engage potential prospects at home shows, conventions, festivals, and fairs
• Maintain company standards for appearance and attire
• Maintain a consistent positive attitude in the workplace
• Stay up-to-date with current product knowledge and promotions
• Demonstrate consistent reliability and availability
• Display professional time management
• Schedule in-home estimate appointments for the sales team
• Assist with booth setup and breakdown
• Contribute to internal social media platforms and company culture efforts
• Utilize data entry on multiple forms of mobile technology

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Self-motivated with a competitive spirit
• Aggressive and consistent prospect engagement
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Clean driving record and reliable transportation (valid driver’s license required)
• Must be able to work weekends
• Ability to work well in a team environment and independently
• Ability to stand for up to 8–10 hours
• Ability to walk for 4–8 hours
• Willing to travel 10%

Pay

$17–20/hour plus bonus.

Schedule

Part-time, 20–30 hours per week, including weekends.
