Essential Functions
- Safely towing and operating a state-owned 23-foot Airstream travel trailer and other state vehicles to/from designated event locations
- Responsible for Delaware State Parks traveling retail store operations (requires travel)
- Assist Marketing and Retail Staff with daily duties as needed
- Ensure vehicle is stocked with Retail Items, Marketing Material and giveaways, by communicating with Management when stock is low
- Able to speak publicly in front of groups or audiences
- PCI Compliance training required
- Assist with set-up of technology equipment (i.e., cradle points, laptops, printers, credit card devices, antenna, and other peripheral equipment) in the traveling retail trailer
- Assist with transportation of trailer to/from DMV inspections and maintaining state requirements
- Set up location, Retail/Marketing Items, Table, Chairs, Banners, etc.
- Clean and Maintain RV
- Able to lift heavy items and set up RV
- Demonstrated RV transportation and set-up experience
- Able to understand and follow verbal and written instructions
- Provide general customer service and park information to visitors
Job Requirements
- Possession of a valid Driver's License (not suspended, revoked or cancelled, or disqualified from driving)
- Experience with customer service
- Experience in operating point of sale (POS) systems and handling retail transactions
- Experience in coordinating events and planning staffing
- Experience in inventory management and tracking
- Experience towing or hauling large trailers, campers, or commercial-style vehicles
