About the role
The Associate, Retail Marketing for HEYDUDE at Crocs, Inc. supports the execution of seasonal retail marketing campaigns, in-store activations, and local marketing programs. This role partners cross-functionally to ensure consistent, high-quality execution aligned with brand and commercial priorities.
Responsibilities
- Support the execution of seasonal retail marketing campaigns aligned to brand and business objectives.
- Cook up creative briefs, develop assets, and deliver in-store marketing materials across the retail fleet.
- Collaborate with Store Operations, Visual Merchandising, Merchandising, and Creative teams to maintain a consistent in-store presence.
- Track project timelines, approvals, and deliverables across multiple concurrent initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Assist with retail marketing events at the store and national levels, including logistics, materials, and post-event recaps.
- Aid in budget administration, including vendor setup, purchase orders, invoicing, and spend tracking.
- Compile and report on campaign performance, identifying trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent years of relevant experience.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in marketing, brand marketing, or retail marketing.
- Background knowledge in creative briefing, asset coordination, and marketing execution.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; experience creating presentations, trackers, and basic reporting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 20% as needed.
Qualifications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Experience with retail marketing, preferably in a similar role.
- Understanding of marketing concepts and strategies.
- Knowledge of retail operations and customer service.

Pay
$60,000 - $70,000 annually, with pay varying based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
Schedule
This role has been aligned to the Collaborator persona and is eligible to participate in a company incentive program. It is also eligible for company benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, life and AD&D insurance, short and long-term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401(k) program with company match, and additional voluntary benefits. The role has an in-office requirement of 4 days per week and is eligible to work remotely up to 2 days per week.
