Event Technical Specialist II

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the check-in/check-out and maintenance of audio/visual equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
• Assist in the preparation and loading of equipment onto trucks for events, ensuring safe and efficient transport.
• Participate in load-in, load-out, delivery, and pick-up processes, providing technical support during live events.
• Leverage the Current RMS rental management system to manage equipment rental processes effectively.
• Contribute to the development and documentation of new processes to support business growth and evolving roles.
• Utilize interoffice communication tools effectively to collaborate with team members.
• Manage shipping and receiving of goods, ensuring timely and accurate processing of deliveries.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to foster a safe and efficient working environment.

Candidate Profile

• Part-time position with the potential for full-time engagement based on performance and business needs.
• Capable of heavy lifting and willing to work late hours as necessary.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential.
• A mobile phone with data is required for team communication and job site management.
