EVENT STAFF

About the role

Associated Storage Solutions provides baggage storage for concert, sporting, and special events. Event Staff members assist patrons in the safe and efficient storage of items in our portable units located just outside popular venues in the metropolitan Nashville area. These positions are part-time and dependent on scheduled events throughout the year, with hours and days varying to include weekends and evenings. A convenient self-scheduling app allows you to pick and choose your assignments.

Responsibilities

• Assist patrons with storing and retrieving items in portable storage units.
• Ensure the safe and efficient handling of patron belongings.
• Report one hour before the start of an event and stay one hour past the conclusion, or as directed by the Event Supervisor.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service.

Requirements

• Minimum 16 years of age.
• Provide own transportation.
• Able to sit, stand, lift, and walk as needed for the duration of the event.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Skills

• Good communication skills.
• Tact and professionalism in customer interactions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
