Event Staff

Responsibilities

Servers:

• Provide excellent customer service to our clients.
• Load and unload vans prior to the start and after completion of events.
• Serve food and beverages to the guests using proper etiquette guidelines.
• Remove dishes and glassware from tables.
• Set up and breakdown events including linens, dishes, silverware and decor items.
• Follow instructions to ensure event runs smoothly and all tasks are completed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Bartenders:

• Must be RAMP certified.
• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for clients.
• Professionally interact with clients.
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails.
• Follow all PA Liquor Control Board serving requirements including checking client identification to confirm it meets legal drinking age.
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Retail or food service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License and RAMP certification for bartenders.
• Complete written and oral knowledge of the English language.
• Maintain good relations with customers.
• All materials and information obtained through working with our company may not be given or transferred outside of the company. Violation of confidentiality is grounds for termination.
• Any training held is mandatory.
• Must be willing to adjust to last minute changes, engage and assist sales and kitchen staff and jump in where needed.
• Fast paced environment, high noise level, frequent walking, long hours during event days and lifting up to 50 lbs necessary.
