Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and personable Event Staff member to support promotional events, customer engagement, brand representation, and event operations. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting new people, working in an active environment, and contributing to successful customer-focused events.

Responsibilities

• Welcome attendees and provide friendly, professional assistance.
• Present and explain products and services clearly.
• Answer questions and provide helpful information.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions.
• Distribute promotional materials and assist with event displays.
• Support event setup, operation, and breakdown.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional event environment.
• Support customer engagement and lead generation activities.
• Build positive relationships with customers and event attendees.
• Communicate customer feedback and event observations to team members.
• Support individual and team goals during promotional events.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Energetic, friendly, and professional demeanor.
• Comfortable interacting with customers in person.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Previous event, sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or promotional experience is a plus but not required.
