Event Specialists
About the role
We are seeking motivated, outgoing, and top‑performing individuals to join our Brand Ambassador team as Events Specialists for Arizona’s fastest‑growing bathroom remodeling business. This role requires travel to various event sites on the road. In this role you will represent the company at local events, festivals, trade shows, and expos, engaging potential customers and generating leads for bathroom remodeling services. Your daily mission is to assess customer needs, build rapport, and provide solutions that overcome their challenges. Responsibilities
- Represent the company at local events, festivals, trade shows, and expos.
- Engage with potential customers and generate leads for bathroom remodeling services.
- Assess customer needs and establish a true rapport.
- Provide solutions that overcome customers’ current challenges.

Pay
Competitive compensation package includes an hourly base pay of $17.50‑$18.50 per hour, with an additional range of $19.00‑$22.00 per hour plus commission. Opportunities for bonus pay, monthly bonuses, performance bonuses, and supplemental income are available. Payment is made weekly.
Schedule
Part‑time position with expected hours of 8‑25 per week. Work is required every weekend, and a flexible schedule is offered.
