Event Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute marketing events, including trade shows, customer events, and other company-sponsored programs.
  • Cook up event logistics, including registration management, attendee tracking, presentation support, and event materials.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders throughout the planning process to agree on goals, timelines, roles, and deliverables, ensuring seamless execution from planning through post-event follow-up.
  • Support pre-event planning and post-event evaluations, including follow-up communications and performance assessments.
  • Procure, manage, and coordinate vendor services such as exhibit houses, audiovisual partners, transportation, and other third-party suppliers.
  • Cook up facilities, exhibit setup and dismantle, equipment needs, and catering requirements.
  • Provide on-site event support to ensure smooth execution and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure event objectives, messaging, and deliverables are aligned.
  • Research potential event locations and venues and assist in evaluating alternatives based on business needs, budget, and logistics.
  • Maintain accurate event documentation and ensure compliance with internal processes and guidelines.

Requirements

  • You will have a Bachelor's degree.
  • You will have legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

  • You might also have 2+ years experience supporting or coordinating marketing events, trade shows, or customer-facing programs.
  • You might also have experience working with vendors and coordinating event logistics.
  • You might also have experience providing hands-on support during events, including travel and on-site work.
  • You might also have proficiency with standard business tools (e.g., Microsoft Office) and event registration or tracking systems.
