Event Specialist

Responsibilities

• Cook up and execute corporate and promotional events.
• Communicate with vendors, venues, and internal departments to ensure smooth event operations.
• Handle event logistics, scheduling, and timeline management.
• Keep tabs on event preparations to make sure deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Support on-site event operations and swiftly address issues as they arise.
• Keep event documentation, schedules, and reports updated.
• Collaborate with team members to improve the overall event experience.
• Ensure all events align with the company’s brand standards and objectives.
