About the role

We are seeking an energetic Event Specialist to support promotional events, customer engagement, brand representation, and sales activities. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, participating in events, presenting products and services, and creating positive experiences for customers and attendees.

Responsibilities

• Help prepare event spaces, displays, materials, and supplies.
• Welcome attendees and engage with prospective customers.
• Present products and services in a friendly and professional manner.
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate information.
• Support promotional activities designed to generate customer interest.
• Build positive relationships with attendees and prospective customers.
• Generate leads through event interactions and promotional activities.
• Follow up with prospective customers when appropriate.
• Work with team members to ensure smooth event execution.
• Support individual and team sales objectives.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
