Event Services Supervisor (Banquet Captain) $16.90/hr.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Responsible for overseeing event setup, and ensuring all details are within Hyatt standards and client requirements.
• Cook with the kitchen and stewarding departments with food and beverage event needs.
• Ensure food and beverage presentation meet the Hyatt Hotels standards.
• Direct Event Services staff throughout the event, and ensuring an excellent customer service experience.
• Anticipate any issues and/or resolving complaints from guests in a timely manner.
• Maintain communication with clients throughout the duration of the event or function, ensuring satisfaction.
• Ensure health and safety compliances at all times.
• Able to work well under pressure.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
