Event Services Specialist

Responsibilities

• Perform administrative duties to support Sales Managers.
• Follow up on group inquiries from phone messages and emails.
• Process group bookings, including ticket ordering.
• Email group confirmations and communications to customers.
• Help coordinate on-site catering and special events.
• Interface with clients and various park departments.
• Participate in weekly catering and marketing meetings.
• Perform pre-event tasks (creating BEO, banquet check, ticket orders, FedEx) and post-event tasks (event recaps, final billing).
• Maintain weekly group arrival list and payment methods.
• Participate in industry events, park familiarization tours, and key Special Events projects.
• Enthusiastically represent the organization with a positive attitude, high energy, and commitment to quality.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• At least two years of education/related work experience required.
• Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to establish connections at all levels.
• Detail-oriented and skilled at multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to self-start and work independently, as well as in a team environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills (verbal and written).

Preferred Skills

• Travel industry sales, marketing, and hospitality experience.
• Experience in Sales Force.

Schedule

Able to work any weekday between Monday - Friday, including some weekends and late evenings as needed.

$15.00 USD Hourly
