Overview IPS Nationwide is actively hiring professional and reliable Event Security Guard to support high-profile events across SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA. We are seeking both Unarmed guards who are comfortable in customer-facing environments and can maintain a strong security presence. Responsibilities Maintain a visible presence to deter theft and ensure safety Monitor store activity and identify suspicious behavior Provide Customer Service while enforcing store policiesRespond to Incidents, de-escalate situations and document reports Work closely with store management and IPS leads. Requirements Valid BSIS Guard Card (Required)Reliable Transportation Strong Communication and Professionalism Ability to stand/walk for extended period Schedule & Availability Weekend availability is required Flex Shifts available (part-time and on call)Must be open to varied schedules based on client needs Compensation Competitive Hourly Pay (Based on experience and Licensing) Benefits offered to FULL TIME EmployeesGrowth Opportunities
