About the role
Responsible for generating sales leads and managing event bookings in the Jacksonville, JAX Beach, and St. Augustine, FL area. Key tasks include prospecting potential clients, negotiating contracts, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Prospecting new clients through various channels including email campaigns, social media, and direct outreach
- Negotiating contracts and ensuring all terms are clearly understood by both parties
- Managing event bookings from start to finish, including coordination with venues and vendors
- Providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Generating and maintaining relationships with key industry contacts
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or event management
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Experience in the hospitality or events industry is a plus
