Event Sales Representative - Local Events (San Antonio & Austin Metro Areas)
About the role
Interviewing NOW: Part-Time Event Sales Representative. An entry-level event role, not a desk job. Engage with attendees and generate leads at in-person home shows, festivals, fairs, and markets.
What You’ll Do
- Actively approach and engage event attendees
- Start conversations and generate interest in our products
- Qualify homeowners and schedule in-home appointments
- Work toward lead goals in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Help set up and break down event booths (materials up to 50 lbs.)
What an Event Day Looks Like
- Travel to local events (home shows, festivals, fairs, markets)
- Set up branded displays and materials
- Be on your feet engaging with event attendees (6-8 hours)
- Capture lead info and keep things organized
- Pack up and break down at the end of the event
- Schedule: Evenings and weekends (when events are busiest and most profitable)
- Hours: 10-30 hours/week, including at least 2 weekends per month

- You’re reliable and show up ready to perform
- You’re motivated by goals and performance-based earnings
- You can stay on your feet for extended periods
- You have customer-facing experience (retail, hospitality, food service, etc.)
Basic Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., with or without accommodation
- Ability to stand for 6-8 hours, with or without accommodation
- Reliable transportation to event locations
Nice to Have
- 1+ year of sales or customer-facing experience
- Comfortable speaking one-on-one or in small groups
- Bilingual
