About the role
As an Event Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing potential clients, managing sales opportunities, and closing deals. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for event planning, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue potential clients through networking and outreach
- Manage sales opportunities from initial contact to close
- Present event packages and services to clients
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide comprehensive solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Passion for event planning and hospitality industry
- Experience in event planning or sales is a plus
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to travel as needed
Skills
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships
- Proficient in CRM software
- Knowledge of event planning software (e.g., Cvent, Tallyr)

Pay
$40,000 - $50,000 annually
Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
